Meta bulk image-ad creation

Turn uploaded images and approved copy into a tracked batch of paused Meta ads in existing ad sets.

Required inputs:
- Authorized Meta account and existing ad sets
- Actual PNG/JPEG files; up to 10 images per upload call, within tool limits
- Page identity, approved copy, destination and per-ad mapping

Starter prompt:
