User Data Deletion
You can ask PlugMind to delete the Meta account and advertising data associated with your PlugMind account at any time.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Email dev@plugmind.io from the email address used for your PlugMind account.
- Use the subject line Meta data deletion request.
- Include your PlugMind account email and the name of the connected Meta Business or ad account. Never send passwords or access tokens.
2. What We Delete
We delete the Meta OAuth tokens, connected Meta user, business, and advertising-account identifiers, and cached integration data associated with your PlugMind account.
3. Processing Time
We acknowledge deletion requests within five business days and complete them within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
4. Disconnecting Meta
Removing PlugMind from Meta Business Integrations stops future access. It does not by itself request deletion of information already stored by PlugMind, so please use the process above when you also want stored data deleted.
