User Data Deletion

You can ask PlugMind to delete the Meta account and advertising data associated with your PlugMind account at any time.

1. How to Request Deletion

Email dev@plugmind.io from the email address used for your PlugMind account.
Use the subject line Meta data deletion request.
Include your PlugMind account email and the name of the connected Meta Business or ad account. Never send passwords or access tokens.

2. What We Delete

We delete Meta OAuth tokens, the connected Meta user identifier, granted-permission metadata, advertising-account identifiers, selected-account settings, and cached integration metadata associated with your PlugMind account.

3. Processing Time

We acknowledge deletion requests within five business days and complete them within 30 days, except where limited retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

4. Disconnecting Meta

Removing PlugMind from Meta Business Integrations stops future access and may trigger PlugMind's configured deauthorization or data-deletion callback. You can still use the process above if you want written confirmation or need help identifying your deletion request.
