By accessing or connecting our Marketing Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to an AI client (such as Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, or custom agents), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Authorized Use of Ad Accounts

You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary administrative permissions and legal authority to connect and execute automated actions on the advertising accounts linked to your MCP session.

2. Ad Spend & Budget Execution Responsibility

You acknowledge that advertising platforms bill your payment methods directly for ad impressions and clicks. While our MCP server provides human-in-the-loop safeguards and spend thresholds, you remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all campaign modifications before execution.

3. SLA & Service Availability

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime across our global MCP server clusters. Scheduled maintenance and upstream ad network API downtime will be communicated via our status page.

4. Termination & API Revocation

You may terminate your subscription or disconnect your OAuth API credentials at any time with immediate effect. Upon termination, all active MCP connection tokens will be purged immediately.
